🌿When you enroll, here's what happens:

• Before the cohort begins, you receive immediate access to a two-hour Vitalism Foundation training. This is your orientation into the way of seeing that the entire program runs on. Come to week one already shifted.

• Herbal kit shipped to you before training begins 

• 6 weeks. 7 transmission sections. 1 cohort, moving through together.

  • The seven transmission sections cover:

    • Constitution as the Foundation

    • The Feminine Archetype

    • Pregnancy as a Change of State

    • Herbal Vitalism and Energetics

    • The Proving Practicum

    • Materia Medica through the Folk Lens

    • Safety and Introduction to Formulation

    Two live moments ground the program.

    The Proving Session brings the cohort together to taste and experience three core herbs, Ginger, Dandelion, Black Cohosh in shared field. It is recorded for students who cannot attend live.

    The Integration Circle closes the container. This is where what landed gets named, and running alongside everything is the Sister Circle, a peer-led study and discussion group for all enrolled student.
